In under 90 days during the pandemic, this beach home was furnished for longtime clients downsizing from a large oceanfront property to a smaller, temporary residence. With complete trust, in-stock pieces, locally crafted furnishings, and treasures from the design team’s own inventory came together with a subtle nod to the 1970s.

The clients’ art collection was paired with one-of-a-kind finds, culminating in a gallery wall blending collectible works and mass-produced photography for an effortless, collected feel. Working within a modest budget, even a porch was converted into a family room—proof that creativity and resourcefulness can deliver remarkable results under tight constraints.
