This Alys Beach refuge was designed as a serene escape, balancing intimacy and openness within its narrow 30-foot footprint. Dual primary suites on separate floors offer privacy, while open living areas flow seamlessly to the patio and pool through retractable accordion doors. Concrete pavers extend from indoors to out, visually enlarging the space. Plaster walls and ceilings are softened with texture—basket lighting from Bali, locally sourced fixtures, and curated accessories rooting the home in its coastal community. Open shelving in the kitchen and a restrained palette foster ease, creating a retreat that feels as effortless as it is restorative.
