In Rosemary Beach, this Cape Dutch–style home was reimagined as a neutral, bohemian retreat—airy, fresh, and effortlessly edited. Extensive exterior repairs transformed the façade with new stucco, parapets, shutters, and a stone-framed pool.

Inside, original elements were refreshed with painted kitchen cabinets, new countertops, and brightened beams. Reorienting the living and dining rooms created a more inviting flow, anchored by a live-edge table beneath asymmetrical Moroccan pendants. Billowing sheers add a dreamy mood in bedrooms and even the three-story stairwell, while practical updates—like reupholstering the banquette in white vinyl—blend beauty and function in this serene coastal escape.
